Where we stand
We have not completed a formal accessibility audit of this website. Rather than claim a standard we have not verified, we would rather tell you plainly: if something here does not work for you, contact us and a person will help you directly. We will also fix what we can on the page itself.
Ask us for help with anything on this site
You do not have to use this website to work with us. Call or email and we will:
- Read anything on this site to you over the phone.
- Send information in large print or as plain text.
- Go through any form with you by phone, or in person at our Jackson office.
- Answer questions about coverage the same way we would if you had used the site.
Tell us about a problem
If a page, form, or document on this site gets in your way, tell us and we will look at it. It helps if you can include:
- The address of the page.
- What you were trying to do.
- What happened instead.
- The assistive technology, browser, or device you were using, if you know it.
We respond within one business day.
Parts of this site we do not control
Some things on this site are provided by other companies — scheduling tools, form widgets, embedded audio and video, and links to insurance carrier websites. We do not control how those behave. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will get you the same information or complete the step with you another way.
